EFMA was originally known as Foxy Boxing and was founded by Carmen Taylor as a casual class at Golden Cobra Martial Arts in March 2010. With increasing popularity Foxy Boxing then expanded to hiring halls in Gembrook, Belgrave South and Ferntree Gully. In November 2011 Foxy Boxing moved to it's first permanent location.This is when the name changed to Exclusive Fitness and Martial Arts, and more trainers were hired.

Currently EFMA is in Wantirna South offerering a range of services in Female Only Boxing, Mixed Boxing, Sparring, Strength and Conditioning, Kids and Adults Karate, Self Defence and Personal Trainining.
